“Protein bars are my go to and I keep a stash in my car”
First things first…
I’m absolutely addicted to protein bars.
I have been searching (call me Dora..!) for monthly subscription boxes that just sent out protein bars rather than drinks and protein powders etc!
I started training 13 years ago and have gone from having huge issues with eating disorders, to being overweight, to now where I lift heavy, eat to fuel my training, and am more happy and confident than I have ever been! I am a huge advocate for self-love and appreciation.
I lead a busy lifestyle working as a financial adviser which means I am driving around all day and often have long evening appointments. Protein bars are my go to and I keep a stash in my car so that I’m never caught out missing meals with the added bonus that they are so easy to eat on the go.
I am also out walking at least twice a day with my husky- cross meaning I need extra food and energy to power me through the day!
I love that myHIITkit are a growing business, yet still donate money to the incredible charity MIND from each box sold and couldn’t wait to get on board and join the team :).
