Protein bars. The market has kicked off massively with the bars becoming bigger, better and overall much tastier. There are bars now containing less than 2g of sugar yet tasting as good as your favourite chocolate bar! But, what are the top benefits of protein bars? - The convenience. If you lead a busy life or have an especially busy day then a protein bar is a great way of ensuring you keep your calories up whilst getting in vital grams of protein! They are a lot quicker and easier than cooking up chicken breasts or eggs!
